Leigh and her team, in particular Lisa, are amazing! This is our second time using Fetch Pet Care of East Austin, so I couldn’t be happier with their services. From the moment we met, she took the time to get to know my cats and where everything was in my house. She is a genuinely pet lover because my cats really liked her from the first visit. During our time away, I received regular updates and pictures. I always felt confident that my kitties were in good hands. I will be booking again. Finally! We found a reliable pet sitting service to take care of our fur babies. We previously had a Horrible experience with a Rover sitter that lost one of our dogs! After meeting the pet sitters Ellen and Brittany, they did a great job and we will definitely use Fetch! in the future.

Fetch Pet Care did a fantastic job for us when we left for 10 days! They provided daily texts with details and tons of pictures of the dogs on their Fetch! app. And responded promptly to requests and comments from us throughout our trip. They respected our home, took in our mail, put out our trash and even washed some dog bedding as they felt necessary. We've already booked them again for our next trip!

I worked very long hours during the night and always had the Fetch team come in as late as 9:30 10pm to walk my sweet Britney so she could be socialized and taken care of. It was great waiting to get the notification about how the pup walk went and what happened and the pictures.

I love my girls with all my heart. Leigh came by to take care of them while I was visiting my family up north. You can see by the pictures they were very happy with their visit. I would recommend Fetch! to anyone who needs a caring pet sitter.

I’ve never used a cat sitter before. But when my husband and I had to go out of town for an urgent family matter, finding someone available so close to the holidays was difficult. Everyone was either already booked out, or didn’t even respond. Fetch on the other hand, responded promptly and were available for every day and time I needed.
I was nervous to have strangers look after my cat Woodchip. He’s a year and a half old Siberian forest cat. And since my husband and I are home all the time, he’s never really around other people. He can be a bit skittish. But he slowly warmed up to Leigh and Brittany. And toward the end of my trip, he was already showing his belly to Brittany and giving her kitty hugs. I love the attention to detail and care they took each visit. They made sure Woodchip was well taken care of, and that my house was secured. Brittany even took my trash out to the bin on the last visit! I will absolutely be using this company again the next time we need to go out of town.
