Franchisee Frequently Asked Questions

Is my territory exclusive to me?
Yes, the initial franchise fee of $16,000 payable to Fetch! Pet Care covers a designated area, which typically covers an area of no less than 50,000 households. You may service requests from outside of your territory, provided it's not taken by another franchisee, but we require that you purchase that territory once 20% or more of your overall revenue comes from that area outside of your territory.

Do you offer Area Development Agreements?
We do not offer Area Development Agreements at this time as we prefer to have a new franchisee open a single or double territory, prove their capabilities, and then expand as they are ready.

Can I see Fetch! Pet Care in action?
Of course! To help you analyze whether you would like to work in the great outdoors with a variety of pets, as available, you are welcome to spend some time with our franchisees in the field, meet some of their pet sitters, and speak to their clients to see if the business suits your needs.

Can I review your Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD)?
We will disclose our FDD (formely known as UFOC) during our first phone or face-to-face meeting. We do not make our FDD available to the general public.
