"Recently I had a situation where one of two dogs (a 4lb. Chihuahua named Twinkie) my sitters were doing daily visits for, (while their parents were away) became ill after refusing to eat or drink. I was unable to reach the client and called the Vet. The Vet asked me to bring Twinkie into the clinic, treated her for dehydration, nausea and gave a vitamin injection (to promote hunger) and after chatting with the doctor (who happen to be the Vet for my dog), we decided it was in the best interest for the pets to be privately boarded so that I could keep a close watch on Twinkie and not separate her from her sister Ho Ho. Long stroy short, the day after the clients returned home I recieved a beautiful cookie basket (decorated as two dogs, two fire hydrants and one cookie with the message "thanks for watching us". The card attched read, "Dear Linda, Chase, Nicole and Family- Thank you so much for taking care of Twinkie & Ho Ho. We appreciate everything you did.
