    What services do you offer?

    What kind of pets do you care for?

    Our sitters have a wide range of experience with virtually every kind of creature; from dogs and cats, to hamsters and rabbits, iguanas and turtles, to fish and frogs, and even horses! Just let us know if you have a special pet or unusual needs, and we will do our utmost to meet your expectations.

    What areas do you serve?

    What makes FETCH! Pet Care different from other pet sitters and dog walkers?

Not only do we provide loving, reliable care to pets, we also ensure each pet receives a personalized level of exercise with each visit to ensure they stay healthy and happy.

    Are you bonded and insured (and what does that mean for me as a client)?

    FETCH! Pet Care is fully bonded and insured, and are proud members of Pet Sitter International. As a member of this, the world's largest governing organization in the pet care industry, we are required to abide by the highest of standards.

    What this all means to our clients is peace of mind. We take responsibility for your pets and possessions when you put them in our care. That means that your property and your pets are fully covered, should anything occur on our watch. Having these policies in place shows a level of professionalism and commitment that you can trust.

    Will there be consistency in our service?

    Yes. At FETCH! Pet Care, one of our main goals is to create a bond between your sitter and your pets, so they always feel safe and loved - even in your absence. Our sitters are from your neighborhood, which enables them to readily provide you with highly personalized service. We are also able to provide backup sitters in the case that your primary sitter has an emergency or is otherwise unavailable for your required dates of service. Any substitutions will be communicated to you prior to service and are subject to your explicit approval.

    What is the purpose of the "Free In-Home Consultation"?

    We provide a free in-home consultation so you have the opportunity to meet with your new sitter and communicate any information necessary so we may provide the best and most personalized care for your pets. You will also provide a key at the time of your consultation, which is retained by your sitter so they may provide you with continuous, convenient service and be readily available in case you have an unexpected need for our services.

    What do you charge?

    At FETCH! Pet Care, we like to understand your needs before assigning a rate for your care. We have a basic guideline we observe, but have some flexibility in pricing for different levels of service. Please feel free to call us and we'll work up a plan for service designed to meet your specific needs and budget.

    What does "The FETCH! Pet Care Guarantee" mean to me?

    FETCH! Pet Care absolutely, positively guarantees your satisfaction with every service we provide, or we will make it right. It's that simple.

    Can I make last minute arrangements?

    Absolutely! As we like to say here at FETCH! Pet Care, "We've got your tail covered!" Overnight services book up quickly, so please do try to allow two-weeks advance notice. If we are unable to provide you with the service you request, we will do our very best to find the next best solution to meet your needs. Most important is that no animal goes uncared for, and no plans are cancelled!

    How do you determine what time the sitter will pay visits to my pets?

    Whether providing daily visits or dog walks to your pets, we strive to keep as close to your pets' routines as possible. When we meet for your initial consultation, you will let us know all you can about your pets' normal activities, and we'll strive to keep that same schedule! What more, our Go Fetch! four-legged fitness program ensures your pet will get a sufficient amount of exercise during each visit.

    Can you provide references?

    Yes. We come with glowing references from many satisfied clients. Please ask your sitter to provide them to you during your free in-home consultation.

    How am I billed for service?

    Once you book service with us, we will email you a confirmation that will also serve as a statement for your records. At the end of the month in which your service was completed, we will bill your Visa or Mastercard number that you provide during our initial consultation.

    When can I expect to meet my sitter?

    Once you have booked service through our central office, you should expect a phone call from your assigned sitter within 24 hours. Please contact us if you do not hear from them during this period.

    How do you screen your sitters?

    We put our sitters through many tests to assure they will provide professional, reliable, loving care to your pets. Each sitter is carefully screened, interviewed, criminal background checked, trained and monitored in the field through online surveys after each customer assignment.
