Moreover, the entire team is incredibly accommodating with scheduling and communicates effectively to meet my pup's needs. Using Fetch was the best experience! Donna was so wonderful to me and my dogs. I used Fetch for many months due to spinal surgeries; and my dogs would sit by the staircase waiting for her. It is so apparent that Donna loves animals and that they love her! I cannot say enough about Fetch.
For several months Donna walked them 2 times per day and now if they see her outside my house, they go running down the block to get to Donna. Using Fetch has been the most positive experience for me as a dog owner; I would highly recommend them. It was so wonderful to see how the dogs responded to her.

We found this company when we were in a pinch to get some intermittent dog walking services. The care, concern and overall professionalism of this company has been refreshing! The scheduling is easy. The flexibility is beyond expectations. The personal touch and interaction with their customers will blow you away, it did for us! We could not be happier!! Our two pups love when their walkers come for a visit and we love them too! Would definitely recommend for regular walking, overnight pet care, sporadic walking/care, anything you need, they can help!

I had to be away from home 10 days leaving my cats at home.
Knowing that the Fetch Pet Care team was going to check on my kitties daily to make sure they had all they needed while getting some pets, was of great value to me. It definitely gave me the peace of mind that I needed to focus on taking care of my mother who just had surgery. I loved the updates after every visit and all the pictures! It was awesome.

I don't often write reviews - it has to be a pretty extraordinary service for me to do so. Fetch Pet Care Wheaton certainly fits this description. We have used Fetch numerous times over the past 3 years for our 2 cats, and Donna and her staff have provided service that always exceeds our expectations. We always feel extremely comfortable leaving our pets in their capable hands when we travel, even for weeks at a time. They are reliable, trustworthy, have excellent communication skills, and best of all our cats love them, because they are pet lovers! Here's a picture of our male cat the day we arrived home after a long trip, looking out the front door at 6:00 pm expecting to see Donna!

We used Donna's business for the first w/ our recent two week vacation we took. She and her staff (Kristyn & Tom) were fantastic, helping us out w/ daily 30 minute walks since my aunt, who was watching our house and our two dogs, couldn't handle walking our 80lb. bernedoodle. A few days before we left, Donna came w/ her staff to meet our dog and walk us through the process so we could rest assured that they were up to the task.

We received daily reports via email, showing who walked the dog, how long they walked him, and how far they walked him w/ an illustrative GPS generated map. Plus they included photos from each walk and a short summary on how each walk went. Pricing was competitive and we liked working w/ a local business. Highly recommend!
