We used Fetch! for the first time while away and I cannot say enough positive things about them. We are nervous dog owners and have had bad experiences in the past with sitters, but I have not been worried for a second being away with the dogs in Leigh and Teri’s care. They are incredibly kind people and very thorough in making sure the dogs’ needs are taken care of. They take a ton of photos and do thorough updates through the app. The dogs LOVE them, including our one who is shy towards people. Seriously, do not even hesitate to use this company and we will use them any time we need dog sitting.

We have used Fetch for years! Our dogs trust Betsy and love her visits. Our neighbors know her and give glowing reviews when we come home.

We initially turned to Fetch! Pet Care of Austin for pet care services during our vacation, and the experience was so outstanding that we decided to have a dog walker visit us several times a week. Our 14-year-old dog, who tends to move at a leisurely pace, is noticeably enthused in the mornings when our dedicated Fetch! walker, Maria, arrives. The anticipation of her arrival and the prospect of their first walk of the day truly brighten our dog's mornings. We couldn't be more appreciative of Maria's exceptional care and attention.

Fetch took wonderful care of our 3 pups. I love the system they have to give updates and send photos while you are away. They were very personal and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them in the future.

Betsy and Gabby were so wonderful and caring of Greta when we left her for the first time since adopting her for a few days. They did a thoughtful initial meet and greet and asked thoughtful questions. We have been working on Greta’s reactivity and they continued her training while we were away so she didn’t miss a beat. Greta ended up unexpectedly getting sick while we were away and Betsy and Gabby were in regular communication on how she was doing and adjusted their schedules to make sure she was checked in on and cared for more time than initially anticipated - even staying overnight to make sure Greta didn’t get even more sick. They cleaned up her messes to make sure we didn’t come home to a mess. They also gave great updates including pictures of their time together. They were the ultimate professionals and thoughtful sitters even when everything went awry and our pup got sick. They want to work with us to make sure we find the most optimal schedule going forward. I highly recommend Betsy and the Fetch team and trust them with our pup.

I've recently inherited an elderly cat and was really worried about leaving him for a last minute weekend getaway. Fetch! was great about responding to my request and doing a home meet and greet within that same week so I'd be all set for the weekend.

Betsy was my cat sitter (although I shouldn't give you her name because I really do not want her to become too busy to help me) and was great about sending me pictures and updates via the app while she was in my house so that I knew my old man was well taken care of.

I will use Fetch! and Betsy again in a heartbeat.
