My petsitter from Fetch goes above and beyond. I swear she leaves my apartment cleaner than when I left it. I'm so, so happy I found this company and I can leave on vacation knowing my rabbits are well taken care of.

First, I love the ease in requesting a caring and reliable caregiver for our pet. I recently took a 4 week long holiday and was able to enjoy myself because I knew our cat was being well cared for. The caregivers sent me texts and daily photos of them interacting with our cat. The caregivers will also do other small tasks, I.E. move trash cans out and/or do a little hand watering. This service is responsible and employs qualified caregivers!

Fetch has been easy to work with and we’ve found someone we trust and our dog loves.

Fetch was amazing! My little dogs can be quite shy and timid but our pet car professional was so kind they loved him. Loved the updated and communication. Will absolutely use next time!

Fetch! has been wonderful and took great care of our cats when we've been away. Twice we had older cats, one with cancer who required special attention and medications, and once we had a new kitten who was still settling in and we were very pleased. Victoria in particular was AMAZING and sent us photo updates at each visit. I recommend Fetch! highly. My one caveat is that sometimes sitters aren't available, so be sure to book ahead.

We were away for a long weekend so needed a pet sitter for the weekend (1 dog & 2 cats). The sitter did a great job with the animals but was thoughtful about mail collection, dishes, linens and towels, etc. We literally had no cleanup or chores when we got home. Great job Madeline!

We are a family that loves to travel, yet hold back out of concern for the care of our dogs. Enter Fetch. They booked us with Alison--a treasure! She conscientious, tuned in to the needs of our dear pups, and reliable. We come home to a house that is in order, and dogs who are happy. What could be better?! Many thanks to Alison and to Fetch for giving us the peace of mind that enables us to comfortably leave our dogs.

We used fetch for years when we lived on the East Coast, and were very happy that there was a local franchise for our new home on the east bay. When we asked, for our first service, the office staff was very responsive, and our assigned pet sitter was absolutely wonderful. There is no better thing when traveling to have peace of mind about how your pet is doing. Having a pet at home is so much better for the pet and for us than boarding. It was also great to have someone in the house daily to bring in the mail , and when needed, take the garbage bin to the street, I cannot recommend the service enough
