Soo happy to have found Fetch! for my two puppies! Mallory & Kimberly have been wonderful and I know the puppies are well cared for. So easy to schedule and love the pet journal and pictures after each visit. Can not recommend enough!

Fetch Pet Care Richmond West takes the best care of my three dogs. I could not be happier with the new management and the trust they built with me right away. Quick to respond and making last minute requests a priority, keeps my mind at ease. I can go on with my busy days knowing they are there for my pets and me! They are wonderful people.

We were thrilled with the care provided by Fetch pet care! We received summaries of each visit and tons of pictures while we were away from out dog. Made us feel connected while we were so far away. Very pleased with everything!

Finding Kimberly, and Fetch in general, was a breath of fresh air after recently moving to Virginia. They are always quick to respond to any inquiry or new request. The portal to request visits and update our profile or pet info is super user friendly. The updates and pictures uploaded following each visit are helpful and reassuring. Kimberly's attention to detail is always spot on and she's even willing to help with other house tasks too (rotating lights/shades, watering plants, etc.). She's one of the kindest humans we've met here (if not ever!) and it's very obvious how much she cares about her clients and animals, and of course ensuring that all pets are showered with love while owners are away. Our cats, who can be skittish and shy, never hesitate to immediately come out to greet her and clearly feel safe in her presence. There's no one else we'll use and no one else we'd recommend!! Thank you, Kimberly and Fetch!!! Be ready for them to set the bar high!

We love Fetch! They took such great care of our orange tabby while we were on vacation. It was so easy to get set up with them, and we loved that they include a complimentary “meet & greet” so that our cat and ourselves could meet them beforehand.

Their communication was fantastic - we loved getting photos and updates after each visit. It made us feel so comfortable and we didn’t have to worry about our cat at all while we were gone - we could just relax and enjoy our vacation.

In addition to feeding and scooping litter, they also took time to cuddle with and play with our cat, which I know he appreciated so much! They also brought in our mail for us which was a nice bonus.

We’ll definitely use Fetch! again whenever we go on vacation!

Fetch! Pet Care Richmond West was amazing to work with! We do not have the typical pet, so I’m always a bit nervous reaching out for care of our bearded dragon. Kimberly was fantastic! She sent pictures and a full write up on her visit daily. Highly recommend!

Fetch! did a tremendous job of keeping me informed of the pet care that they were providing for our two pets- including daily notes and pictures! I recently had Fetch look after my three pups while my husband and I spent a long weekend out of town. They did an initial meeting with our pups and us to establish their routine and answer all of our questions. I was immediately comfortable with leaving my pups in their care. Two of my three dogs are up in age and have some special needs when it comes to routine. Taylor took great care of all three of my fur babies, provided timely and thorough updates. It’s the first time in a while that we were able to leave on vacation and not worry about our pups. Thank you Fetch! You all are the best!
