I have been using Fetch for several years to help care for my 2 cats and 1 dog while I'm away, and their care team gives me peace of mind that my pets are being loved and nurtured. The app is easy to use and the team is very communicative. I love the written summaries and photos. Also - many many times I have gotten some of my travel details wrong and they have worked with me graciously to adjust coverage. Thanks for everything Fetch Care Team!

We have been a Fetch customer for 6 months now and are so happy with the service. Our dog is high energy and still working on leash skills, but all of the dog walkers we've had are so kind, loving, and patient with him. We love that the quality of care is consistent - and if there's ever an issue with a dog walker's schedule - Fetch will figure out a replacement walker (not me trying to scramble last minute)! They provide a pet care journal after every visit which includes the best recap and photos of the walk - and I always look forward to seeing them. Highly recommend!!

I’ve been using Fetch services for nearly 10 years for my kitties-the old ones have passed on and I adopted 3 new kitties in 2023. Their pet sitters have been great covering the needed tasks, playing with kitties, and sending photos and reports for each visit. Highly recommend this service!

I use Fetch Pet for 2 of my clients. The dog walkers are real animal lovers, professional, on time and communicate well. I love that I get an email from Fetch Pet daily, I see the dog walking route and see pictures. The dog walker always gives an update on how the dogs did and if there are any problems. The administrative staff/owner is accommodating and easy to work with.

Fetch! Pet Care is simply the best! Being new to Seattle, it was a top priority for me to find a reliable sitter for my cats. Fetch! and especially my cats’ sitter Lily have been incredible! For several years I've had Fetch! take care of my cats when I'm out of town, and they have been consistently excellent. The app that shows you every visit with photos, updates and the ability to comment has been a great aspect of their services. I really appreciate the "care team" approach that lets me (or really, my cats) build relationships with sitters over time, getting to know a few friendly faces and so being able to relax and be comfortable (and spoiled!) while I'm not with them.
