My name is Laura, I work from home so I have a lot of flexibility. I have three dogs of my own; a border collie, mini aussie, and a golden retriever! I grew up with cats, dogs, rabbits, and hamsters all through my childhood. I've also volunteered at the League for Animal Welfare for over 11 years. I have ample experience with rescues especially those with anxiety. I am super excited to be a part of Fetch! and getting to get to know you and your pet.
I’ve always loved being around animals and feel most at home with pets. I’ve volunteered at a horse ranch, pet sat cats and dogs, have a family dog named Archie, and grew up glued to Animal Planet—thanks to Steve Irwin and Turtle Man, my love for animals started early and never left.
Ever since my family first adopted a German Shepherd puppy when I was younger, I have loved dogs and cats. In adulthood, I've had two dogs and two cats. Having a heart for the overlooked and unwanted, our pets have either come from shelters or into our home when needing to be re-homed because the owners were either moving or had too many pets.
