As Team Leader for Fetch! Pet Care of Northern New Mexico, Mike is dedicated to providing dependable, compassionate care tailored to each pet’s unique personality and needs. Whether it’s a daily walk, vacation care, or administering medications, he believes every pet deserves patience, consistency, and kindness.

In 2018, a flexible work schedule and my love of pets led me to Fetch! I started as a sitter and then bought the franchise, which was one territory, in 2020. As the business grew and thrived, so did our footprint. I purchased a second territory in 2023, building a team of more than 35 people and a thriving pet care operation serving thousands of local pet families. In June of 2026, I purchased Northern New Mexico, bringing that experience to Santa Fe and its surrounding communities.

I share my home with my husband, Jim, and our four beloved rescue cats, Brutus, Bogart, Bourbon, and Annabelle. My son and grandbabies call Santa Fe home, so I’m lucky to spend plenty of time here with family. When I’m not busy with the business of cats and dogs, you can find me visiting family in Chicago (more grandbabies!), on a sandy beach, or simply enjoying a glass of wine and a desert sunset.

Hello my name is Marisa. I am honored to be a part of Fetch Care NM and excited to work with the community and establish long-term relationships built from trust, clear communication, and love. I grew up as an only child and interconnected to animals at an early age. Two years ago, I became a volunteer at Santa Fe Animal Shelter, it was the best decision I could have made. I spend most of my time walking dogs at the shelter, and on weekends I transport dogs to adoption events to promote and help the dog I know best. I have completed trainings and continue to take classes to further my knowledge of animal behavior and cognitive learning. Any time spent to assist and make an animal’s day brighter and safer is a rewarding experience and worth every moment. I am thrilled to work in field full of passion and purpose and be a valuable servant.
