Fetch! Pet Care, America’s largest franchised provider of professional dog walking and in-home pet sitting services, brings its experienced and animal-loving team to Flower Mound, Lewisville, Highland Village, and surrounding communities.
With a focus on exceptional and reliable care, Fetch! Offers a wide range of services for furry, feathered, and scaly family members, including puppy check-ins, private dog walking, pet sitting, overnight care, pet transportation and dog training.
“As longtime pet owners of dogs, cats, Guinea pigs, and rabbits, Eric and I understand why people consider their pets to be part of the family,” said Allison Cook. “We expect the best care possible for our pets, and as such, we will provide clients with that same level of service that ensures all animals are safe, happy, and well cared for.”
Before opening Fetch! Pet Care Flower Mound Allison was a special education teacher for 20 plus years. With a longtime career as a distribution manager, Eric currently works for a distribution company and will assist Allison with the business.
Allison volunteers with Flower Mound Animal Services, where she helps in the adoption center. There she indulges her passion for animals while meeting neighbors and giving back to the community.
We hand-pick and thoroughly train each member of our team. As a result, all pet care providers are bonded, insured, background-checked, and have specialized skills in caring for dogs, cats, birds, and other small caged animals.
We offer a free consultation to establish a relationship between their team members and prospective clients and to ensure a good fit for all.
Clients are encouraged to utilize the company’s mobile app for scheduling and communicating with team members. The app includes live GPS tracking to enable clients to locate their animal during a walk and a journal for the sitter’s notes, photos, and more.

Hi my name is Eric and I grew up with a house full of dogs. My wife Allison and I have owned several different breeds of dogs: Cane Corso, Rottweiler, Chow Chow, and English Bull Dog. Our pets are family that we love and cherish and your pets are our family too.
Mandala Trainer/Sitter/Dog Walker
Mandala is originally from East Texas. In November 2021, Mandala left government service to start a new chapter in her life, focusing on the areas that bring her the most joy, her family and her dogs. Mandala has two children, Aidan (28) and Isabella (17), and she shares 5 dogs, Mangas, Abigail, Ranger, Skye, and Kodiak with her husband, Robert. Currently, one of their dogs is in training as a service dog, and two of their dogs are being trained as working dogs, one in scent work and one in protection sports. She believes in a balanced approach to training, as each dog responds differently to various tools and techniques.
